Bruce Falkenberg
Bruce Falkenberg is the founder and President of Falkenberg Capital Corporation. He has overall responsibility for the firm's strategic direction and provides assistance to staff members on individual engagements. He has extensive executive level contacts with all the major telecommunication companies. Since founding the Company in 1989, Mr. Falkenberg has represented clients and assisted other team members in the completion of over 250 separate transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 billion. Mr. Falkenberg has structured transactions including minority buy-outs, asset and stock purchases, tax free mergers, and system swaps. He also has placed equity and arranged debt financing for a variety of clients. Mr. Falkenberg is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a Certified Public Accountant. Brian Harvey Brian Harvey provides merger and acquisition, corporate finance and financial advisory services to wireline, broadband and mobile communications clients. Mr. Harvey follows industry trends and market transactions to provide valuation work and analysis for public and private companies in the communications sector. Prior to joining Falkenberg Capital, Mr. Harvey was a research associate for an independent equity research firm. He also has four years of telecommunications experience, working for AT&T in various technical support roles. Mr. Harvey holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University. He holds his Series 7 license and is a Level I Candidate in the CFA Program. Linda Walseth Linda Walseth provides merger and acquisition, corporate finance and financial advisory services to wireline, broadband and mobile communications clients. Ms. Walseth has over 20 years of investment industry experience and six years in financial management. Prior to joining Falkenberg Capital, Ms. Walseth was a Senior Vice President of Institutional Equities with Stifel Nicolaus, responsible for presenting investment opportunities to institutional investment managers. Prior to Stifel, Ms. Walseth was the CFO of a private company. She restructured the company and attracted a strategic partner to facilitate its enhanced growth potential. Ms. Walseth was also a co-founder and CFO of Janco Partners, a telecommunications institutional research boutique. Ms. Walseth received a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Colorado. She holds her Series 7, 63, 24 and 27 licenses.
Mr. Heckler follows industry trends and market transactions to provide valuation work and analysis for public and private companies in the communications sector. Prior to joining Falkenberg Capital, Mr. Heckler worked at IBM Global Services where he was the lead financial analyst on an outsourcing contract with a large telecommunication company. He also worked at Janus Capital Group where he was part of the Corporate Finance and Strategy team and most recently was an independent contractor providing financial planning, investment analysis and due diligence work for various private equity/investment firms. Mr. Heckler is a graduate of Colorado State University and holds an MBA and a Master’s of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver. He holds his Series 7 license.
